One thing we've found time to do in this new vanlife lifestyle, is more reading. Or maybe I should say I have found time for it, Shannon has been reading a lot for a long time. But for me, it's something relatively new.
And when I read aloud, it's something we both enjoy together. Here we are on a warm Texas evening, reading the latest book to come across our Libby app's bookshelf.
And the sprouts will likely be ready to eat tomorrow. But here they are on day 5...
